GTI Petro — Pump Service & Repair
Services / Pump Service & Repair

Pump service and repair, dispatched in hours.

GTI techs are factory-certified on Gilbarco and Wayne. Whether a dispenser is in or out of warranty, our crew shows up with parts, tests on-site, and documents everything for your DO file.

What we do

If your dispenser is leaking, slow, or down, we're already on the way.

Pump issues cost you sales the second they happen. GTI keeps Gilbarco and Wayne dispensers running across Arizona, California, and Nevada — from emergency repairs to scheduled component swaps. Our techs carry the parts that actually break, and we document every visit so your compliance file stays clean.

Whether you have one site or fifty, we work the same way: phone or text, dispatched fast, fixed right, documented every time.

Before you call

Pick the symptom. Try three things. Then we roll.

Most card-reader, printer and comms problems clear without a truck. These are the same steps our dispatch walks you through — and the same ones Petro Pedro knows.

Card reader locked / “See cashier”

Standard — within 48 hr
Try this first
  1. 1From the POS, reset that pump. Commander: Forecourt → Pump → select → Reset. Passport: Forecourt → Dispenser → select → Reset.
  2. 2Wait 60–90 seconds for the reader to re-initialize.
  3. 3If the display is dark as well, it’s a power issue — see “Dispenser dark.”
What it usually is

A reader that locks up once is a glitch. One that locks up weekly is a failing reader or a loose data connection — a scheduled fix, not an emergency.

How it works

From "the pump's down" to "back to selling fuel."

1

Call or text dispatch

Reach our 24/7 dispatch line. SMS gets the fastest response. Tell us the site number, the dispenser, and the issue.

2

Tech rolled out

Average dispatch under 4 hours in our service area. We arrive with parts, certifications, and a paper trail for your file.

3

Repaired, tested, documented

We don't leave until the dispenser is dispensing correctly. You get a digital service record for compliance.
