Rates: California labor $125/hr, travel $115/hr. Arizona and Nevada labor $105/hr, travel $95/hr. After-hours work is billed at 1.5× and emergency work at 2× these rates, applied to both labor and travel.
Member discounts: 15% (Essential, Plus) or 20% (Premium) off travel, labor and parts on every invoice, including after-hours and emergency rates. The first hour of travel is free for members on every call. Included parts per year: Essential $240 (two backup batteries), Plus $500 (annual filter set), Premium $740 (both).
