Welcome to the New GTI Petro Website

New website, same company. Faster service request, more transparent pricing paths, and a real resource library for our customers.

We rebuilt our website. If you're a current customer, nothing about how you reach us has changed — the dispatch number is the same, the SMS line is the same, and the people answering both are the same.

What changed is what's on the site itself.

Three new things we added

Service-specific pages. Every service we offer — pump repair, POS, construction, DO, maintenance — has its own page now with the actual scope of work, the equipment we're certified on, and answers to the questions we get asked most. Easier for you to find what you need without a phone call.

Three distinct paths from the homepage. Need emergency service? Request Service goes straight to dispatch. Need a quote for new equipment or a project? Get a Quote routes to sales. New to GTI? New Customer Setup gets your account ready in 48 hours. No more guessing which form to fill out.

A resource library. Industry updates, compliance guidance, equipment comparisons. We're committing to publishing at least one new piece per month, written by the people actually doing the work — not a marketing agency.

One new thing we added at the end

There's an AI assistant called Petro Pedro in the bottom-right corner of every page. Ask him a question — about service, compliance, pricing, equipment, whatever — and he'll answer from the knowledge on this site. He can also walk you through the common fixes that don't need a truck, and book a tech when you do. If he can't help, he'll route you to a real person.

We built Pedro to take the friction out of "I just have one quick question" — for both our customers and the people on our team who'd otherwise pick up the phone. Try it.

What's coming

Over the next 90 days we'll be adding real case studies of recent projects, expanding our resource library, and bringing our customer payment portal online. Some of these things are still in progress — if you see a "coming soon" tile, that's why.

If anything on the new site is broken, confusing, or just feels off, tell us. The feedback form goes straight to leadership and we read every submission.

Submit feedback.

Fueling Facilities Digest

One issue a month.
Only what affects your sites.

Compliance changes rarely arrive with a warning — they arrive at your next inspection. The Digest gets there first: regulation updates, equipment end-of-life notices, and the maintenance numbers that move your P&L.

  • 01 CARB, SWRCB, ADEQ and NDEP changes, decoded
  • 02 Equipment end-of-life and recall notices
  • 03 One number to put on the calendar each month

One email a month. We’ll only call if it’s about your sites. Unsubscribe anytime.
